Preparing quotations and certification reports.
(Re)formulating customer requests in a clear and unambiguous manner for the laboratory.
Converting customer inquiries into instructions for our LIMS system.
Informing customers of the progress of their assignments and the completion of reports.
Acting as a point of contact for customer complaints and inquiries.
Managing subcontracts to external laboratories.
P R O F I E L
A scientific education, such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Textile Biotechnology or Environment.
Sufficient multilingualism, with at least proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
Affinity with textiles is a plus.
Strong communication skills and an administrative aptitude: structured, meticulous and punctual, with
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A team player with a proactive attitude.
